I do this by coming to your home or business and repairing your PC or Network for you or picking up your computer repairing and returning it to you.
In most all cases, the work can be done in a single visit. All of this for a price that is competitive with what many shops charge for carry-in service. I do not charge for travel to and from your home or office in Springfield. I will not try to sell you something you don't need or charge you if I can not fix the problem.

About Us
Computer Medics of Springfield (Established March 2005) is owned and operated by Brady Burke and is franchise of Computer Medics of America. Computer Medics is licensed and insured to work in Springfield and Greene County. Brady is a disabled veteran with 5 years of service in the US Army. Previous experience includes working for five years as a customer service representative for Pitney Bowes and one year tech support for HP consumer notebooks. A+ certified in 1998. Dell and Toshiba Certified.

- Initial Diagnosis: Free
- If we try to fix your problem, but can't: Free
- A small service charge for travel to nearby towns if I'm not already in the area.
- All other services: $75 an hour for the first hour, and by the quarter hour after that.
- Any parts or software purchased through us are extra, with quotes provided before any part or software is installed.
- Laptop hardware repair is $75.00 labor plus the cost of the parts.

Remote Support Service!
Sometimes you just can't wait or it's not possible to squeeze an appointment into your busy schedule. With that thought in mind we have come out with our new "Remote Support" package. If you would like service in this manner it will be necessary to contact us by telephone prior to connecting at 417-890-5499 and setup a time that is convenient to you.
Once contacted we will establish a remote control connection with you and you will be ask to run and install a support file which will be put on your computer to establish the connection. You will then be ask for permission to connect to your system.
Once connected the technician will then be able to see and operate your computer almost the same as sitting in front of it up to and including rebooting the system into safemode. You can see everything the technician is doing and can end the session instantly at any time by double-clicking on the Computer Medics icon on your task bar and choosing close, or right-clicking on the icon and selecting close from the popup menu. Once the session ends the software will be automatically removed from your computer.
This support is handled as a "Remote Per Incident" service.
